Suhana Khan made her debut solo appearance when she attended the book launch party in Mumbai as the principal guest. While discussing her thoughts on the novel, Suhana discussed how she relates to one of the book’s characters.
The Pathaan actor’s daughter recalled leaving her home to pursue a career in acting while studying abroad in the UK and New York. She thought it was the friends she made and the connections she established that “made it home rather than the place.”
In response to sharing her immigration experience, Suhana responded, “I wouldn’t call myself an immigrant. There, I went to study. It was a culture shock when I left home at 15 to go to boarding school, so it took me some time to feel at home.
When I did, it was because of the people there and how their kindness and affection helped me feel noticed when I felt invisible.
Suhana Khan and her The Archies crew recently attracted attention and acclaim from fans for offering cuisine to commemorate India’s 77th Independence Day. On camera, Khushi Kapoor, Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Yuvraj Menda, Aditi Dot, and Agastya Nanda serve food to customers in a Mumbai restaurant. The video has gone viral on social media.
One person commented on the video: “Wow, so pleased to see you guys doing good for people. Extremely pleased. “Well done. Keep smiling and enjoying yourself always,” another person said. Excellent work; your crew is very wonderful. Another fan commented, “Nice job.”
The Archies by Zoya Akhtar will debut on Netflix on November 24, 2023. It is the Indian adaptation of the well-known Archie Comics, and it takes place in 1964 in the Anglo-Indian neighborhood of Riverdale, a made-up hill region in India.
